This work is part of the research developed by the Research Group on Sustainability and Housing, Habis, of the Instituto de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da USP, which discusses the concepts of sustainability in the production of social housing in rural and urban areas. This research focuses on developing a visual language that allows the receiver - the rural settled ? understanding of the information on alternative building technologies. This research has as product a brochure used as a more human language tool, containing freehand drawings digitally produced - opaque tablet - from photos taken at workshops held in the settlements.
